The Natural is back with a new design by Lluis Figueres, a Catalan tattoo artist from Barcelona. Hugo wanted a change! After years of riding with wood, he wanted a black board with a design between the feet, still with a spirit all his own. Once again, the Natural is a pure beauty made in Europe. It's the ultimate everyday board with classic camber! You can go to the park, go crazy, you can carve, but above all, you can ride powder without having to change boards. With its 2 cm set back on the back foot, you can charge into the powder, do backcountry tricks, make side hits, and have fun on the slopes. In short, you get the idea, it's a board that's close to what you already know if you like freestyle with a penchant for powder! We consider it a mature board for those who want to have fun everywhere without having a board that's too exclusive to powder. Hugo uses it everywhere; it's his only board. With the Natural, Hugo has ridden twice on the FWT, he will try to get back on the Freeride World Tour this year with the Natural 7. With its Carbon X reinforcement from nose to tail you will have a board with response, playful & ultra reactive. Its top sheet is in biaxial fiber to accompany you on any terrain with complete peace of mind, the finish is in matte varnish to add a classy side to the design. We use a poplar core from FSC certified Polish forests, renowned for its quality in deformation, this wood is a sure value. The base is a structured base in IS7200. The best for this type of board. The structure provides a much better glide than a base that does not have one. To bind everything together we use a Bio resin because we always try to do our best to respect the planet. This is the reason why we continue to manufacture it in the best European factory. The Natural 7 has a flex of 8/10 because this type of board needs a little rigidity. His practice deserves this flex, it is indisputable.

flex 8

What is meant by flex?

This is the way a board tends to twist. At Stone we rate it from 0 to 10. The stiffer a board is, the more it is designed to send and less forgive. Conversely, the softer a board is, the less responsive it will be when relaunching but will forgive you certain mistakes. Let's explain: the softer a board is at the start, the more the board will become a real uncooked sausage over the course of sessions. At Stone we consider that riding a board that is a little stiff at the start is really optimal. Why? The core of a board is always made over the days, weeks, months that you ride your board. At Stone, a Flex 7 is considered a good alternative to go everywhere. We will then gravitate between 6 & 8 to lean more or less towards a particular desire in terms of flex.

Flex 8: Attributed to freeride-type snowboards for having a strong relaunch and a grippy edge. Sometimes, the stiffer it is, the less forgiving it is; you have to be strong on your legs. In splitboarding, this flex is also for those who like boards that don't move in the axis or in conversions. The flex is always done by the rider.

FREERIDE

What's better than practicing your sport freely? Getting off the beaten track, jumping any bump, enjoying the powder in all its forms! Freeriding is the very essence of snowboarding. To do this, it is essential to find out about the risks presented by the riding area, necessary to know the weather and wise to have the right board. Generally less centered on its inserts and sometimes with a typical shape, the freeride snowboard is set back on the back leg. Why? The more you are on the back leg, the less you will force & the more you will float in the powder. You can recenter your bindings by moving them from insert to insert but if you don't do it you will not be hindered on the slope to make turns, boosts or any curves.

ALL MOUNTAIN

It's a bit like freestyle with a freeride accent. A more experienced rider will take a snowboard All mountain to go everywhere. Whether on the piste, in powder or in a snowpark. If we have the budget, we will definitely have one board per practice. It's always better, now if we don't want to worry, then we will choose this program to do everything. Generally with a slight set back on the back foot of a few centimeters, we will also notice that the flex is often a little stiffer, which is a little less forgiving than a freestyle board. When we have to send it on piste or in variable snow, it will hold better. This is what differentiates a freestyle board from an all mountain. Our Team rider Hugo Serra rides an all mountain in all circumstances. It is with this type of board that he rode on the Freeride World Tour. Chaining beautiful turns then jumping rock bars & doing a little flat... if that's what you are looking for then the all mountain board is the versatile board par excellence.

EVA DEEP :

Description : EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) is a widely used material for cushioning snowboard bindings. Here, it covers the entire base of the binding, including the heel, to ensure optimal shock absorption, especially when the heel hits the snow hard.

STRAP TOUCH :

Description : The straps are made of 3D injected TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), which means they are molded to fit precisely to the shape of your boots, providing a firm and precise fit. TPU is both flexible and strong, which contributes to durability and comfort.

POWER ADJUST :

Description : This system allows the straps to be adjusted easily without the use of tools such as a screwdriver. The adjustment is designed to be flexible, providing a better "feeling" or sensation of the foot, which is crucial for good performance and optimal comfort.

KEEP ANGLES :

Description : This term refers to the precise adjustment of the angles of the gas pedals, which are the parts of the bindings under the balls of the feet. A precise inclination of these areas allows for better transmission of force and control on the board, thus improving precision when turning.

LIGHT BUCKLE :

Description : The binding buckles are made of aluminum, which gives them excellent durability and lightness. Opening is quick and easy, which is a plus for snowboarders who want to quickly adjust or remove their bindings.

SPOILER ASYM :

Description : The spoiler, which is the rear part of the binding, is asymmetrical, with a higher outer part. This allows for improved lateral flex while ensuring instant power transmission when you press back, which is essential for control and responsiveness.

Sizes :

Size M : Fits shoe sizes 40-43 EU (7.5-10 US for men, 9-11.5 US for women).

Size L : Fits sizes 43.5+ EU (10+ US for men).
