Shipping policy

Always consider using a place where someone can receive the package. Workplaces and businesses are usually the safest places to ship your package. This can also save you having to pick up your package at a specific location in case of failed delivery attempt by the carrier.

 

Shipping to Canada*

Usually done with Canada Post, ICS Mail, Purolator or UPS. We may charge an additional cost or refuse to ship to a certain location and a PO box.

• Standard free shipping for orders over $199 CAD and $19.99 shipping for orders under $199 CAD.
• Express delivery at $29.99 for orders over $199 CAD and delivery at $9.99 for orders under $99 CAD.

The following graph shows an estimated delivery time for urban areas (STD for standard; EXP for express). Expect longer estimates for remote locations.

Shipping to USA*

Usually done with UPS or USPS

• Standard free shipping for orders over $299 CAD and shipping at $29.99 for orders under $299 CAD.

 

Restriction*

Some locations and/or large products may require additional shipping costs. Flat rate shipping or free delivery may not apply.
