Refund policy
We offer a 30 day return policy (please read the exclusion for all fit skins and final sale products* ) on most of our stocks as long as the item is in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. The item must have its original labels and boxes/packaging as supplied by the manufacturer. The item must not have been used .
The delivery costs for a return are at the customer’s expense. The original cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund unless the original order is still eligible for free shipping.
If you are returning a product from outside of Canada, you must declare a value of $1 for each item. If possible, indicate the purpose of the shipment as “return of goods”. Otherwise, customs fees will be charged to us and then redirected to you.

Please note: when returning an item, we recommend that you use a “signed for” service and have appropriate insurance coverage as we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not arrive to us.
The refund will be processed within a few days after receipt of the item. The refund may take one to 7 days to appear on your bank or credit card account.
*Ascension skins allfit and final sale product: Due to the final adjustment of the Ascension allfit skins that must be cut to fit your splitboards, it will be impossible to return these skins. We cannot afford to destroy material or take the risk of selling it to another user.
We do not accept returns on products with a 25% or more discount from the regular price. These products are considered final sales.
If for any reason you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
