Description

Gronze is a Barcelona crew led by world-renowned skateboarder Max Geronzi. Our partnership made sense: Stone loves skateboarding, Gronze loves snowboarding! It had to be done; it's so rare that we had to tick the box. Another dream come true, it's done.
It's a pure twin tip freestyle board. Powder isn't really its thing, you can do a little bit of it, but what it likes the most is rails, jumps in snowparks and on the slopes. You don't want to take yourself too seriously and act like an idiot? This is the Gronze for you. Switch or normal, you'll be able to send it! It's a board for all types of riders, beginners or experienced. Oscar Ney from the Team has decided to ride only this one. Check out his video part on this board a little further down. It's definitely worth the detour
Regarding its construction, it has a poplar core, solid & playful, the Gronze has a slightly softer flex than the Message & the Gonzo, a small 6/10 of the families to really do park & have fun without getting tired. It will be a little more flexible in tip & that's all you need for this kind of board. No headache, only fun. Its base is sintered IS 7200 for optimal glide. This is the base we use the most at Stone because it's the best for this kind of boards. Its top sheet is made of biaxial fiber because we love this fiber, by scraping on the core we offer a little flexibility on the tips without losing quality & durability. The board is delivered factory waxed.
Sole details: 7200 structured sintered, factory waxed.
Available sizes: 148, 151, 154 and 157.
Program : Freestyle.
Construction : Biax fiber is used on the topsheet. The core is made of lightweight poplar.
This board will suit beginner to advanced riders.

FREESTYLE
Whether you start young or old, we all want to jump. Snowboarding is fun, it's rock n' roll. This sport is the antithesis of skiing. The goal of every snowboarder is to go over any terrain & jump. Everyone knows how to jump in their own way, from small to big jumps.. Go through a snowpark & slide on a handrail. The most important thing is the fun you'll have doing it. A freestyle snowboard is centered on its inserts. Twin tip. With a twin tip snowboard you can go anywhere with a preference for the snowpark & the piste. Generally more flexible, you will be able to handle your snowboard without any physical pain. You can do freeride, obviously it won't be the ultimate weapon for big slopes & big powder. With your feet centered, your legs will be burning! Don't worry, you'll get to the bottom and come back up. As you can see, this type of board is more suited to classic snowboarding; if you want to push things further, you'll need to add other types of boards to your quiver. You'll be lucky because we offer every type of snowboard a rider could be looking for.
PARK
A park board is an easy board, which can handle a multitude of slides and allows you to deform many times without flinching when landing jumps. You will go everywhere, you will feel comfortable on many terrains. However, a park board will not allow you to ride with ease in very powdery and steep places. For this it is better to have the right board. You will succeed but it will not be optimal, just as if you took a freeride board to do freestyle. Generally more flexible than other boards and twin tips (centered on the inserts), the freestyle board is easy to ride. This is the key word for this board. If you are looking for a snowboard to progress or improve your skills and do jumps, you are knocking on the right door.
